Unlike the other 10 gillion people watching the 39th Olympiad, I’ve really been wondering about what takes place behind the scenes to handle the music being played. (Yes this is why my DJ name is GEEKDOUT)

I doubt it’s an actual DJ back there cranking out tunes. But if it is I have to feel bad… just take volleyball for example: after every point they play music for like 10 seconds. Then they gotta stop!

Most of the songs played are your run of the mill top-40 high cheese factor type, but, last night right after the commercial break I heard them playing Round Table Knights “Freak From Desire,” fuck yeah!
