Eat it, Serato. Traktor is to Serato what Mac is to PC… cough, ahem-BETTER! I’ve been using Native Instruments Final Scratch (which evolved into Traktor Scratch Pro) now since it was version 1.0. Let me tell you, Interweb, Traktor is slept on! It’s just like back in the day when I was screwing around with my Macintosh Performa 6116CD, all my friends (even my parents friends) would hate on Macs “oh Apple’s gonna die, etc.” Well folks, I know how to pick em, okay?

If there’s one thing I’ll brag & boast about: it’s my ability to spot that trend way before the blogs/journos/MTVrs/pop culture. My foresight has been proved accurate in the past… Take notice that I only champion brands/products if I truly stand behind them.

There’s nothing wrong with Serato, I’m not trying to ragg on them, but Serato has become the beige-90s-PC of DJing. Everybody bought it cuz that’s what everyone else has… makes sense. Don’t get me wrong, Native Instruments has released some crummy products in the past but Traktor Pro is awesome at what it does. Oh and just in case you were wondering: sooner or later this whole DJ controller debate won’t mean shit because every DJ is gonna switch Ableton 8 [oooh, new warping engine].
